Elkanna is hiring Programme Leads to provide practice leadership across our family healthy lifestyle and school-linked health programmes.
This role suits experienced professionals who can support staff, strengthen delivery quality, and keep safeguarding and outcomes at the centre.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and delivery of community programmes across multiple counties.
- Coach and mentor Health Education Practitioners through reflective supervision and on-site support.
- Maintain high standards in attendance, outcome tracking, incident response, and HSE reporting.
- Escalate safeguarding, staffing, and partnership concerns appropriately.
- Build a positive team culture rooted in family partnership and measurable impact.
What we're looking for
- Qualification in Health Promotion, Public Health, Social Care, Education, or a related field.
- Significant experience delivering community-based programmes for children, families, or schools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and respond calmly to complex family situations.
- Strong knowledge of Children First safeguarding, outcome measurement, and KPI reporting.
- Confident written communication for tender, HSE, and partner reporting.
Desirable experience
- Previous senior practitioner, project lead, or team lead experience in a community setting.
- Experience contributing to HSE tender submissions or CAWT PEACEPLUS bids.
- Full clean driving licence.
